Description

We recognise that the landscape of LGBTIQA+ inclusion can often feel sensitive or overwhelming, which is why this masterclass is intentionally designed with patience, understanding, and kindness at its core. We move the conversation out of the realm of "political correctness" and into the lived reality of workplace belonging, providing a safe space to ask tough questions and build foundational confidence. Whether we are unpacking the acronym for the first time or levelling up your leadership advocacy, this experience uses cinematic storytelling and expert guidance to turn "the monster" of bias and exclusion into a roadmap for active allyship.
