AI Facilitator, Zed

HR doesn't always have the capacity to deal with every interpersonal conversation. Zed, our AI facilitator, will join a call to hold space in a structured conversation designed by us, to help improve relations.

WhatsApp Advisor Access

Learners will gain direct access to us via our WhatsApp "Advisor-in-Your-Pocket" for real-time guidance on implementing session learnings or advice on how to deal with more sensitive matters.

Strategic Impact Reporting

We provide a detailed data-driven report at the conclusion of each programme, outlining shifts in culture, engagement and key areas for future growth.

  • We've had significant success rolling out these programmes in small teams, business units or departments and entire organisations to build a shared language and consistent culture.

  • We recommend a weekly or once every two week cadence to maintain high learning momentum without disrupting your team’s regular workflow.

  • Depending on your chosen session cadence, The Inclusion Challenge typically spans 7 to 14 weeks, while The Line is completed over a 5 to 10-week period.

  • We recommend creating groups of a maximum of 25 people (either in natural teams or randomised) This maintains the psychological safety and intimacy required for deeper discussions.

  • While the cinematic content remains fixed to maintain its high production quality, we tailor the experience by integrating your branding into the videos and aligning all facilitation and discussion questions with your specific organisational policies.

  • The Line is not legal and compliance training. The intention is to lift your existing compliance practise off the page and into practise to mitigate the risks of harassment at it's core. We partner with clients to merge the legal and compliance components into the flow of this programme.

  • Access is determined by your specific licensing tier, providing either project-duration viewing or extended 12-month access for participants to watch and rewatch the cinematic series.

  • Our virtual delivery model is built to accommodate global workforces, ensuring a consistent and high-quality training experience for your teams regardless of location.

  • We are platform-agnostic (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and can use our meeting platform or yours.

  • When you invest in our programmes, you are purchasing a 12-month usage license which grants you full access to our cinematic content. We will contact you before your 12-month term expires to discuss renewal options for the following year.
