We begin by exploring the fluid boundaries of acceptable conduct and defining sexual harassment in simple terms. This video introduces the "Grey Area" of harassment: the space between overtly violent acts and everyday interactions where subtle, seemingly acceptable behaviours often go unchecked. By examining how movements like #MeToo have challenged our social norms, we ask the critical question: Has "the line" actually shifted, or are we just finally seeing it for the first time?

Building on the behaviours identified in the previous episode, we meet survivors of sexual harassment to uncover a difficult truth: the "Grey Area" is not victimless. We explore the profound physical, emotional, psychological, and financial toll that these "normalised" subtle harms exert on individuals and the health of the entire organisation.

We confront the uncomfortable reality that while not all men perpetrate, the majority of perpetrators are men. Through a compassionate lens, we examine how traditional masculinity contributes to workplace violence, while exploring the vital role men play as protectors and champions of safety.

Harassment rarely happens in the shadows; it happens in front of us. In this episode, we break down the psychological barriers to bystander intervention and provide practical, safe, and appropriate tools to empower everyone to move from a silent witness to an active ally.

In an era of cancel culture where mistakes often lead to banishment, we explore the possibility of redemption. By separating behaviour from character, we discuss the transformative power of a sincere apology and close the series with a heartfelt, motivating call to action for a safer workplace.
